Abbey Lee for ManiaMania..kinda gives off Uma Thurman in Pulp Fiction and Bond girl vibes.. I like the kaleidoscopic/fragmented look of it though.

Metaphors on Vision

I did a little research on Stan Brakhage, specifically his writings from Metaphors on Vision, for a graphic design project. I think he makes an interesting point with the fact that we limit ourselves by labeling, even when it comes to our own eyesight and perceptions. Today I came across some of his experimental films (he has quite a few over the years) and was instantly hypnotized..they're all so brilliant and he uses a variety of techniques..and the colorrrrrrs!!!
